Target group: Private individuals, small businesses, maker spaces, schools – “light security” for 1–2 printers/scanners.

Services (example scope)

• ✅ Annual maintenance appointment (Workshop or remotely guided maintenance)
  • Visual inspection, cleaning, calibration
  • Firmware/Software Check
• ✅ Email support with reaction time, for example. within 2 working days
• ✅ Telephone/video support (up to 2 hours per year included)
• ✅ Brief status report after maintenance (recommendations, wear parts, notes)
• ✅ Discount on spare parts & labor , 3%
• ✅ Optional add-on: Pick-up and drop-off service or on-site service for an additional fee
