Services (building on BASIC)
Everything from BASIC plus :

• 🚀 Preferred response time : within 8 working hours via email/phone
• 📞 Enhanced phone/video support – up to 5 hours per year included
• 🛠️ 1x on-site maintenance per year within a 100 km radius or 2x workshop maintenance
• 🧩 Fault analysis & minor repairs maintenance included (excluding expensive spare parts)
• 📚 Onboarding/training session (remote) – e.g. 1 x 60 minutes:
  • Integration into existing processes
  • Tips for component optimization & material selection
• 🧾 5% discount on spare parts, nozzle sets, nozzles, printing plates, etc.
• 📊 On request brief annual report including recommendations on maintenance intervals, wear parts, and optimizations

As an independent service provider, we can be flexible:

PRO: €349 / year / device (incl. VAT)

• +49–79 € surcharge for journeys over 100 km
• Quantity discounts from 3-5 devices (-5% from 5 devices)
